Implementing Tools

The Basic Manual was designed to contain short, instructive readings consisting of tips that suppress negative conditionings, induce in-depth thinking, and extend knowledge and skills that are not developed in regular courses of study.  It is considered unique because it consists mostly of 1-page discussions on topics that are not taught in regular courses.  The topics were selected with a view toward widening the readers’ horizons and providing knowledge and skills needed for success in academics and in dealing with themselves, others, and with key issues pertinent to being successful in their lives.

The Support Manual & Workbook was designed to contain support lessons that expound on and compliment the original tips in such a way that all participating will be drawn to be actively involved to the point of taking the lead role in the processes of learning to learn, developing strong characters, and acquiring skills essential for success in the 21st Century economy and workplace.  It is structured to insure that the skills introduced are more vividly, soundly, and memorably implanted in the minds of participants, and to strengthen their comprehension abilities, communicating effectiveness, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and their managing and leading skills.  It is considered unique in that it is entirely participant -activity centered, and allows the participants to play the lead role in developing themselves for the 21^st Century economy and workplace.

The Facilitator Edition was originally designed to contain prompts to: 1) promote facilitator excellence in guiding the course of study, 2) insure facilitator fail-safeness in directing and handling the topics under discussion, 3) insure that the discussions are kept on track so that student knowledge and skills are extended, and 4) provide the fill-in measures to heighten enthusiasm and broaden participant horizons.  As presently constructed, this edition introduces situations, scenarios, and additional topics for discussion that evoke the vicarious learning experiences needed in the success arena.  This edition is considered unique in that it provides ready responses for facilitator use in addressing every question asked in the Basic Manual.
