Members of University Level Social Organizations will be empowered to expand on their pledges to better understand themselves and others, and to impact our culture more positively. By participating in a dynamic learning environment, they will increase their knowledge and skills essential for success in the educational, social, business, and life skill arenas. Members completing this program will receive certificates from Vanguard Success CDC denoting their readiness for the 21st Century economy and workplace.
Teachers and Other Educators will be empowered to change student outlooks towards being successful, manage classroom and instruction more effectively, and develop failsafe methods for presenting ideal classes, and obtaining consistent high evaluations. The complete program will provide educators with skills for strengthening student abilities in the arenas of comprehending, critical thinking, problem solving, managing, leading, and communicating effectiveness. Educators who complete the program will receive certificates from Vanguard Success CDC denoting their readiness to serve as facilitators of Success Club units.
Managers will be empowered to better understand managerial imperatives, their roles in dealing successfully with employees and superiors, improve their knowledge and skills in handling organizational resources and meeting organizational goals. At the same time, the tips and strategies received will assist in their becoming more effective in the leadership arena. Managers who complete this program will receive certificates from Vanguard Success CDC.
Leaders will be empowered to better understand leadership imperatives, their roles in dealing successfully with subordinates and superiors, improve their knowledge and skills in training, disciplining, employing their units, and improving their organization’s resources and meeting organizational goals. At the same time, the tips and strategies they receive will assist in their becoming more effective in managing organizational resources. Leaders who complete this program will receive certificates from Vanguard Success CDC
Success Club Unit Members consisting of like-minded individuals within military and other organizations who enjoy group interactions and are preparing for further professional development studies. These will increase their knowledge and skills essential for success in the educational, social, business, and life skill arenas while participating in a dynamic learning environment. Success Club members completing this program will receive certificates recognizing their club organizations and the period of their participation.
Parents Involved in Life Skill Development will be empowered to assist in the development of their offspring more responsibly by utilizing the tips and strategies developed within the program to urge their children to adopt more positive attitudes, behaviors, and skills essential to higher level studies, and for success in life. After completion of the program and understandings its value in developing students wholesomely, some parents may wish to serve as facilitators of success clubs containing students with advanced intellectual capacities and goals for continuing their education or entering the workforce with power. All parents who complete the program will receive certificates denoting their readiness to serve as facilitators of Success Club units.
