Due to the difficulty of having such a program adopted by the schools and universities, the Success Club format mentioned earlier may be your best option.

In this sprawling memoir, Bynam (On Being a Better You, 2011) displays his keen memory, homespun wisdom, pugnacious spirit, eclectic interests and unorthodox opinions. Indeed, no significant domain — politics, religion, philosophy, education, science or culture — escapes his ruminations.
His Army service in Vietnam led to several medals and decorations, and ultimately to work with the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He was a leader and teacher, able to meet and mingle with U.S. presidents and other heads of state, creating a legacy worth preserving.
